Policy and Procedures

Appointments may be made online, call, text, or email. Once the appointment is confirmed, a provider will notify the client prior to the scheduled appointment time. At the start of the appointment, the staff will go over and obtain consent for treatment, obtain intake information, perform a brief examination, obtain vital signs, and discuss the treatment plan. The patient may request additional treatments or services as available at the time of the appointment. If the provider is running late for an appointment, the patient will be notified. This may occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Upon completion of the infusion, vital signs will be re-assessed, the IV will be discontinued, and the provider will leave after any questions are answered. It is the patient's responsibility to follow-up with their Primary Care Provider for routine medical care.
